Return and Refund Policy:
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. We are not responsible for shipping delays and will not issue refunds for orders that are still in transit, even if they are arriving late. If you have a defective product, it must be returned for us for a refund. Upon inspection, we will determine if it is in fact a defective unit and process your refund. If the item is found to not be defective, no refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of your returned package, but we are not responsible for how long the refund takes to come back to your payment method. You are responsible for returning shipping costs. We are not liable for any items lost in transit during its return to us. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the purchaser.
